The Shefayim has a convenient and tranquil position, 15 minute’s drive from Tel Aviv, even closer to Netanya, and only 5 minutes from Herzeliya's business districts.
The hotel is located next to the seasonal Shefayim Water Park (June - October), where guests have free access to all facilities which include slides and various swimming pools. It is 600 metres from the beach, and a large shopping centre with restaurants is located nearby.
The hotel’s facilities include free wireless internet, children’s playground, tennis and basketball courts, and a synagogue. The kitchen serves kosher fare, and there is a bar on site.

7 days before arrival the hotel will charge the full amount of the stay using the credit card provided. In case of late cancellation or no-show the credit card will be refunded with the full amount after deducting the one-night cancellation fee.
Guests are advised that on Saturdays and on Jewish holidays check-in time may be delayed, and rooms will only be ready after 19:00 or even later.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
