The Shaar Hagolan Country Lodging is located south of the Sea of Galilee, just 4 km from the beach and 15 km from the historical city of Tiberias.
The hotel is perfect for people appreciating the peaceful and quiet kibbutz location, while being close to the attractions of the area. These include rafting in the Jordan River, Kayaking and fishing in the Sea of Galilee, and other sports and adventure activities. This country lodging accommodation offers BBQ facilities where guests can prepare their own meals on the green lawns outside their rooms.
The kibbutz offers a large outdoor seasonal swimming pool as well as an indoor swimming pool. That is open all year round. There is also a min zoo, basketball court, football court as well as an open-air cinema in the summer months.
